Turnaround/Processing time:

  • Turnaround/Processing time is 5-10 business days. Processing time starts the day after the order is placed
  • Holiday's & weekends DO NOT count as a business day

We'd loved to have your order out ASAP but we're a very small business & each order takes time. Paying extra for shipping does not expedite your processing time only your shipping time. 


RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS:

  • ALL sales are final
  • Refunds or exchanges are only granted if you receive the wrong merchandise than the one ordered or damaged/defected item.
  • If you do notice an error or if you receive damaged goods please contact us & we will make sure we correct the problem.
  • Exchanged merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise cannot be worn, stained and/or damaged.
  • To request an exchange or return, please email urbankclothing@gmail.com with your name & order number within 3 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees. 

Incorrect Address/Returned Mail/ Lost Packages/Stolen Packages:

  • ALL orders are provided with tracking numbers.
  • Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.
  • Orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded
  • Urban Kidz Clothing is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information is updated, our shop is no longer responsible for the merchandise.
